    Nice article Michael! Yes, vitamins can help a BUNCH! I take a healthy regiment of vitamins every day. It’s a specific doesage of each vitamin that I have designed just for me and I can tell you that it really works. I feel better physically as well as mentally. I am more alert, my memory is better, and my atitude is generally awsome! Vitamins can really help if you get the right doesage and types.
