Affirmations for healing can truly make a huge change in your life. You can move from a sick state of being into almost perfect health in a matter of no time. But to use affirmations for wealth correctly you must understand the process in which they work.

One of the biggest reasons most people fail to use affirmations and stay ill is because they have no faith in themselves. They think affirmations are sort of wishful thinking magic technique. Well, it isn’t, an affirmation is a sentence that is meant to be implanted in your subconscious mind for the purpose of replacing negative thinking patterns.

Western medicine is well aware that that the mind does have huge effect on how the person feels and his state of health.

Happy positive people tend to get ill much less that pessimistic stressed out individuals. So, programming your brain to use the power of positive thinking can take your health state into a whole new level.

So how do you start practicing affirmations?

Step 1: First you must create your affirmations. The way I do it is by making a list of the things that I would like to change about myself. If you are focused on health issues write what bothers you about them.

Step 2: write the opposite of every negative sentence you wrote in the present tense. If you wrote “my back hurts all the time” write “My back feels good and limber”

Step 3: sit every day for a period of three months and work on 3 of the most important affirmations for healing you want to work on. Read every sentence to yourself and try to imagine how it would feel if it already had happened. Focus on this for 10 minutes, and then move to the next one.

Step 4: repeat this process daily, really give it all you have. After about 30 days you will start observing changes in your health state.

Step 5: After your practice sessions let the whole process go mentally and continue with your day.

If you have any trouble writing your affirmations I would advise to find a system that can better help you construct the affirmations for healing you want. It is really important that you relate to healing affirmations themselves or you will not enjoy the full effect of their abilities.

It is also important to remember that though you are using a tool to enhance your state of being, it is only a tool. The real power comes from within you; this is only meant to help you focus more on the things that you do want contrary to focusing on what you don’t want.
